To Qualify for the Guarantee

To keep the process fair and prevent misuse, the following requirements must be met:

  1. You must follow the complete NutriRoot protocol for 180 consecutive days.
     Use each product at the recommended frequency and dosage.

  2. Your purchase must be made directly through NutriRoot at nutriroot.co.

  3. You must document your progress with photos.
     • Day 1 before starting
     • Day 90
     • Day 180
     Photos do not need to be professional, just consistent in lighting and angle.

  4. You must complete the full 180 days before submitting a request.

  5. Your request must be submitted within 10 days of completing the 180-day period.

  6. You must return all product packaging, including:
     • All bottles (empty or partially used)
     • Any remaining product
     • Original packaging, if available
     Returns are required for verification and to ensure the protocol was followed.

  7. You are responsible for return shipping.
     We recommend using a trackable carrier.

What Is Eligible for Refund

• Products purchased directly from nutriroot.co
• One refund per customer and per household
• Refunds apply to the product cost only
• Shipping costs are not refundable

What Is Not Eligible

• Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers
• Requests missing required photos
• Requests submitted early (before 180 days) or outside the 10-day window
• Returns without bottles or packaging
• Multiple or repeated refund requests from the same customer or address

How to Submit a Claim

Email support@nutriroot.co with:
 • Full name
 • Order number
 • Day 1, Day 90, and Day 180 photos
 • Confirmation that the protocol was followed as directed
 • Tracking number for your return shipment (once sent)

Our team will review and respond within 7 to 10 business days.
